Main Activity~15 min
Set up a small square with a mini-goal at each corner. Each player defends the two goals at their end and attacks the two goals at the opponent's end. Play 1v1 continuously. When a goal is scored or the ball goes out, restart immediately with the defending player. Rotate players in and out every 2–3 minutes.
- •Attack the space quickly when you win possession
- •Use body feints and changes of direction to wrong-foot the defender
- •Defenders: stay between the ball and your goals; delay the attacker
- •Keep the ball close when dribbling in tight spaces
