1v1 to Goal
A 1v1 drill in a narrow corridor just inside the penalty area. Attackers must beat a restricted defender to exit the back of the corridor and shoot on goal, developing close control and finishing.

Generate a visual setup for this session
Create a 12x5 yard grid just inside the penalty area. Assign 1 defender inside the grid. Goalkeeper in the goal. Remaining players start at a cone 7-8 yards outside the grid, each with a ball. The defender can only move within the grid. The attacker must beat the defender and exit out the back of the grid (not the sides) to get a shot on goal. Rotate defenders every 1-2 minutes. If an attacking player is stopped by the defender, the attacker immediately becomes a defender for the next attacker.
