Create an area approximately 20x30 yards. Groups of three. Player 1 starts on one side of the grid. Players 2 and 3 start on the opposite side. Player 1 serves the ball into Player 2 and follows the pass to defend. Player 2 moves towards the ball, makes a quality controlling touch away from the advancing pressure of Player 1, and attacks the end line where Player 1 started. Player 2 can pass to Player 3 creating a 2v1. A goal is scored by stopping the ball on the far end line. The server serves to the chest, thigh, and feet at the coach's instruction.
