1v1 race with 2 goals and goalkeepers: Two teams start from opposite ends; one player at a time from each team dribbles toward the opposing goal and tries to score past the goalkeeper. Players start on the coach's signal. Race: only the first goal counts. Easier: both goals count initially. Harder: introduce a chasing defender.

Skill dev — 3v3 plus 2 channel floaters: Pitch for 3v3 including goalkeepers, plus two floating players in wide channels (no opposition). Either team can use the floaters when in possession. Rotate floaters and goalkeepers every few minutes. Easier: give one team more players. Harder: limit touches for players in the middle; challenge to use floaters to cross. Game application — 11v11 zonal game: Full (or reduced) pitch divided into three zones: 4 defenders, 3 midfielders, 3 forwards, plus goalkeeper per team. A player in each zone must touch the ball for a team to score. Players restricted to their zone. Rotate players between zones after goals or set time. Players can decide their own zone allocation. Easier: allow skipping the midfield zone. Harder: limit passes in each zone.
