Divide team into 2 groups with a goalkeeper in goal. One team spreads behind the goal; the other lines up at midfield, each player with a ball. Each team gets 3 minutes attacking and 3 minutes clearing. Attackers take turns dribbling at speed to the edge of the box and shooting before entering the penalty area. As one player shoots, the next starts their run. If a ball is shot wide, defenders behind the goal must play it back and wide before it stops dead. If the ball stops dead: +1 to attackers. If defenders individually or collectively clear or make 2 touches before it stops: +1 to defenders. Attackers score +1 per goal. After 3 minutes, teams switch.
- •Attackers: quick attack, proper striking, get shot on target even under pressure
- •Defenders: solid contact on the ball when clearing; aim high and wide
