Create a rectangular field approximately 25x35 yards. Place two small goals near the corners of each long side, making four goals total (two per team). Divide players into two teams (3v3, 4v4, or 5v5 works well). Each team defends two goals and attacks the two opposite goals. Teams start in the middle; coach plays a ball to begin. Players can score in either of the opponent's two goals, forcing defenders to cover multiple threats. When a goal is scored, restart quickly by having the coach play in another ball. Rotate players frequently.
- •Attacking: decide quickly which goal to target based on defensive setup
- •Defending: communicate and position to cover both goals; block passing lanes
- •Encourage quick transitions and creativity in attack
