DESCRIPTION: A possession-based game with three teams of three where two teams keep possession from the defending team. Focuses on passing, receiving, movement, angle of support, and awareness.

OBJECTIVES:
- Develop possession play under pressure
- Improve support angles and movement
- Practice scanning and being aware of surrounding players

EQUIPMENT: Cones (for 20x20 grid), Pinnies (3 colours), Soccer balls

MAIN ACTIVITY: Build a 20x20 grid. Create three teams of three, each a different colour. The defending team (yellow) tries to win the ball while the other two teams (red and white) keep possession between themselves. If the defending team (yellow) wins the ball, the team responsible for the mistake becomes the new defenders. Any ball played out of the grid is considered a loss of possession by that group, who then become defenders.

COACHING POINTS:
- Good first touch
- Good passes to feet
- Proper runs and angle of support
- Facing the field

PROGRESSIONS:
- Easier: rotate defenders every 2-3 minutes rather than switching automatically on loss of possession
- Harder: adjust field size to be smaller; restrict number of touches per player
